Most breathing guides open with something elaborate — a long hold, a complicated count, a special posture. This one does not. It teaches the first rhythm Lottie teaches nearly everyone: in for three, out for six, no hold at either end.
It is built to be finished. Seven days, one idea each, each building on the last — and a thirty-second measurement on day one that you take again on day seven, so you feel the difference rather than being told about it.
It is not a medical document, and it does not diagnose anything. Breath training complements the care you are receiving — it never replaces it.
Nothing in it is held. You will not be asked to hold your breath at any point across the seven days, which means the whole guide is safe to try if breath holds are something you have been told to avoid.
If you have a heart, lung or blood-pressure condition, talk with your provider before adding breath holds to any practice. This guide adds none.
