This Privacy Policy explains what information Breath Plan collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We value your trust and are committed to handling your information with care.
Effective date: September 30, 2026This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Breath Plan website and our breath training services, operated by Lottie Medvit Wellness Coach, LLC ("Breath Plan," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here and in our Terms of Service.
Information you provide. When you contact us, book a consultation, or enroll in a program, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message or inquiry, your scheduling preferences, and any communication or marketing consents you give us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5). Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot-detection service that, when you submit a form, processes your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and browser user-agent to tell people from automated software.
Information from third parties. If you are referred to us by a healthcare provider or partner (such as a functional medicine nurse practitioner), we may receive limited information shared with your consent in connection with that referral.

When you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we use your phone number to send recurring calls and text messages related to your inquiry, scheduled appointments, resources you asked for, account updates, and occasional marketing about Breath Plan's own programs. Forms that collect a phone number require the box to be checked, because we use the number to text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and if you would rather not receive texts you can reach us by email or phone instead. We record the exact consent wording you agreed to, the number, and the date and time, and keep that record as proof of your consent.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to cancel at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS Program Terms.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages described above.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. The kinds we use or may use are:
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. We do not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Form security. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible service that checks whether a form submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It runs only when you use a form, does not ask you to solve a puzzle in most cases, and processes the signals it needs to detect and block bots, which Cloudflare treats as strictly necessary. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our practice, including with:
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. This includes contact, scheduling, and communication records while you are a client or subscriber, and records of your marketing and text-message consents for as long as we need to show that you gave them. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
If Breath Plan is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The recipient must continue to protect it under this Policy, and we will let you know if your information becomes subject to a materially different policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk and are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

What we collect and disclose. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone), scheduling and service records, your communication and consent records, technical information such as IP address and device details, and any wellness information you choose to share with us. We disclose it only to the service providers and other recipients described in Section 6. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of that, there is nothing to opt out of, including through a Global Privacy Control signal. Wellness information you share is used only to provide our services and respond to you.
Other choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
How to make a request. Email [email protected] or call (724) 538-7687 and tell us which right you want to use. We may ask for details to verify that the request is yours, such as the email address or phone number you gave us. You may also use an authorized agent, in which case we may ask for proof of their authority. We will respond within 45 days, and if we need more time we will tell you why and may extend by up to another 45 days, as applicable law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our website and communications may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Breath Plan provides wellness coaching, not medical care, and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Any wellness or lifestyle information you choose to share with us is handled under this Privacy Policy rather than under HIPAA. Please share only what you are comfortable providing, and consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
